We at NEW ROSS N25 BY-PASS D.A.C. are delighted to have been appointed by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (formerly the National Roads Authority) to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the N25 New Ross Bypass PPP Scheme.

Our consortium brings together two market leading construction services organisations, The Royal BAM Group and ACS Group, both of whom have a long history and tradition in Ireland. Together we offer the strength and backing of international companies whilst also providing in-depth experience and knowledge of the Irish market place. This consortium has successfully completed a number of projects in Ireland including the N25 Waterford Bypass and M7/M8 Portlaoise Bypass and is currently partnering to deliver the M11 Enniscorthy Bypass.

BAM and ACS will ensure that the local community and the wider region will benefit from the construction, operations and maintenance activities when delivering this project. As part of our commitment we shall be issuing regular updates of the scheme’s progress to keep you informed of our operations and how they may impact the travelling and wider public.

The N25 PPP scheme will bring economic benefits to the south east and improve regional, national and international connectivity on the N25 Cork to Rosslare Europort route. The scheme will also link the N25 with the N30 New Ross to Enniscorthy route. It will reduce traffic congestion and improve safety in New Ross and provide economic benefits regionally and locally.
